Checklist for getting started

Welcome to SnapDesk. We put together this quick guide to help you get started with text messaging on day 1.

Not ready to get started quite yet? No worries. Checkout our article about why people use SnapDesk and text messaging to learn more about our services.

Step 1: Pick a Phone Number

During set-up you should've been prompted to pick a 10-digit phone number based on an area code of your choice. If you skipped this step or aren't sure what your selected phone number is just follow the steps here

Step 2: Upload Contacts

Now it's time to upload the contacts you will be messaging with SnapDesk. You have three options:

  1. Manually add contacts one at a time

  2. Upload a CSV file to add contacts in bulk

  3. Sync in contacts from your Quickbooks online account

Step 3: Send your First Text

You're almost there! All that's left is sending your first text message.

Step 4: Add the rest of your team
